We LOVE Lawless orthodontics!!! Morgan was so wonderful with my daughter while getting her expander put on; she explained the procedure step by step, was so patient with my daughter and answered all her questions in a way that put her at ease. The entire staff is so helpful, so kind and always smiling! We also love the waiting room 😊 But our most favorite parts of Lawless Orthodontics are Rocky and Bo!

I went hoping for Invisalign. After a very thorough exam braces were recommended for the best results. Dr. Lawless and his staff were friendly, thorough and efficient. In one visit I was evaluated and started treatment. Everything was explained in detail and I received a follow up call from Dr. Lawless checking on me. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had for something I was not looking forward to. I would highly recommend this office.

I was very impressed with Lawless. The facility was bright and clean and there were games and TVs to occupy my kids as we waited to be called back. We were called back right at our appointment time, which is always nice in a medical practice. The clinician made my child feel very comfortable. She answered all my questions and explained things multiple times so I knew I would be able to relay back to their mom. They were able to accommodate our schedule for the next appointment. Just all in all a very respectful and professional office that I would recommend to anyone.

Last week I completed a ten-month treatment plan (with continued retainer) and the results have exceeded my expectations. I was reluctant to begin the treatment because of my age, but Dr. Lawless assured me that older patients are having success. ( i was probably the oldest, but they were too kind to tell me.) The staff were attentive and explained each step, willing to do extra appointments if needed. If you're considering corrective orthodontics, don't let age be a deterrent to having a healthy smile.

Dr Lawless and his staff are great. Yesterday my son had fillings in for some cavities on his lower teeth. When he put his retainers in that night they didn’t fit correctly. Dr Lawless just happened to be in the Glasgow office and without an appointment the staff checked to see what was going on with his retainer and fixed the issue right then and there (just had to shave a little off to make them fit around filling). They are always so nice with smiles on their faces. So glad we went with Lawless for braces.

If I could give 10 stars I would. The ENTIRE staff made us feel welcome and heard. Dr. Lawless and his team could not have impressed me more. My daughters braces were started same day! Dr. Lawless and his staff are incredible. My daughter just completed orthodontic treatment as part of her orthognathic jaw surgery (lower jaw surgery) journey (an 18 month-long experience!) Dr. Lawless had a plan to get her ready for her surgery at Vanderbilt, and for her treatment afterward, and the results have exceeded all expectations. He is absolutely meticulous, professional, and we are so thankful we chose Dr. Lawless and his team for the orthodontic portion of this medical procedure. Five stars aren’t enough!!!

I can't speak about their orthodontist methods for teeth straightening with braces or devices because I have no experience with that and the purpose of my visit was different, but they were definitely my lucky 3rd call after contacting other facilities to see what can be done for my permanent retainer. I had my braces removed in Europe 21 yrs ago and the bottom permanent retainer is still fully attached while I haven't added new cement on it in 21 yrs. The past few days and gradually the edge of it on one side became very sharp kinda flared, possibly due to the faded glue on that spot, but it was still all attached and not bent. My tongue was bleeding because of the sharp metal edge and I couldn't speak or eat. I just needed it smoothed out and have new glue on that small spot. All the other offices I called charge 100-170 just for the visit while they tell you you won't see a doctor...(happens a lot in the US) and they wanted to remove the retainer (no matter what) and then have me come by to pay and install a new one. My God what an uneccessary ordeal to go thru and expenses for a retainer that's still perfectly intact. This office charged me only 50 dollars for the glue, that's it. The doctor's assistant corrected the issue by grinding the sharp edge to smooth it out and she was very nice and helpful. We placed new cement on both edges and gave me mouth wash bags that helped heal my injured tongue. Simple, quick and with common sense. For any other orthodontic issue they will be my first choice.

They are always personable, service is quick and they are patient when answering questions.

My daughter has received the most professional care while under Dr. Lawless and his assistants. All of them are so nice and know what they are doing. We drive about an hour from our home to see them and no complaints from us!

My ten year old is almost finished with phase one of his two phase program. I’m so impressed with Dr. Lawless’ approach to orthodonture … I had braces for four straight years. My son has been in phase one almost a year and when his jaw has grown more, with more adult teeth in, he will get braces back on to complete a year of phase two. The staff are friendly and caring but also very knowledgeable and professional. My five year old loves playing games in the waiting room while his big brother is in his appointment, and the staff are always so sweet and fun with him. Lawless is super organized, and everything runs like clockwork. It’s super clean, and the whole experience has been A+ from start to finish. 100% recommend!

The atmosphere in Lawless Orthodontics is amazing! Just waiting to be seen a child would feel comfortable. There is a massive fish tank, video games, not to mention the two amazing dogs, Rocky and Beau! But even once you’re in the office or exam room, the staff are so calm and kind. I have never in my life experienced such a wonderful Orthodontics office. Dr. Lawless and his staff are top notch. They go above and beyond. And the patient education and explanation of your personal plan brings so much ease to the situation. Thank you guys so much!

The service and care was great as always. We just needed a scan and new retainers. All was completed in a few hours total to delivery of retainers. That is AWESOME service! We have been patients of Dr. Lawless for many years now and we were told that we could get a set (or two) of retainers per year as part of our family's service. So, of course we were disappointed to learn that the retainer program has changed to a strictly pay service with a hefty pricetag. I sincerely hope this changes in the future with options and a little more reasonably priced.

The entire staff is super welcoming. I felt like, at our last visit, they tried to cater to my 2 year old as well. Making sure she had cartoons, drinks, attention, while caring for my 9 year old's braces! We love it at Lawless!

This is my son’s second set of braces and Dr. Lawless and his staff have made the process so easy. We had our update consult and the brackets put on the same afternoon and they worked to get updated insurance details with the carrier during the consult instead of dealing with it later. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Dr. Lawless and his team have been so helpful over the past 18 months of my time wearing braces from them and I could not be more pleased with how my smile turned out! They truly are the best!

Dr. Lawless and his team are simply amazing! Our oldest son had a horrible underbite. He looked like a bulldog to be honest. Dr. Lawless advised there is a chance he would need surgery during treatment but they were going to try their hardest not to. Here we are three years later and our kiddo has a perfect smile, no underbite and NO SURGERY! They corrected his whole jaw structure with braces, expanders and rubber bands. Their team is always so nice and so ready to help. We currently have our youngest son in treatment as well and are just as excited to see his improvement. Thank you Dr. Lawless and Staff!

I had a great experience with Lawless Orthodontics. Dr. Lawless treated my TMJ issues using aligners and now I do not have TMJ problems post treatment. I was a doctorate student extremely stressed and I believe by Dr. Lawless treating my TMJ it relieved my excruciating headaches and I can now eat food I enjoy without jaw pain and I just have a better quality of life. But the good treatment didn’t stop there. I had to work with Mary because this wasn’t for Asthetics purposes but for medical treatment of my TMJ she helped me with my file with my medical insurance and fought hard for me to ensure I received fair treatment. This took her over a year and half. Even after I had finished my treatment. She could have easily said this girl doesn’t even come here anymore, but no she saw it through!!! And I am eternally grateful for that! I would give LAWLESS Ortho a 10/10 if I could!!

Great staff could not ask for better experience! My daughter was born with Mobius syndrome which is very rare, Dr Lawless was very familiar with condition this was very comforting due to the fact it is so rare and most providers are not familiar with condition at all. Results are remarkable!
