Tiffany was extremely nice and helpful. Amber was helpful, and Doctor Lawless was pleasant and sincere. Very friendly and told me up front about my daughter’s teeth. They do not try to push you to get braces early if they do not think it will be beneficial for your child. However if your child does need braces they have payment plans and lay it all out before you ever commit to it. They listen to you and your concerns. Very pleased with my experience!

If I could give 10 stars I would. The ENTIRE staff made us feel welcome and heard. Dr. Lawless and his team could not have impressed me more. My daughters braces were started same day! Everyone was exceptionally courteous and kind. They don’t charge interest on their financing options. I could go on and on! Plus they have 2 dogs absolute cherry on TOP!

Dr. Lawless and his staff are incredible. My daughter just completed orthodontic treatment as part of her orthognathic jaw surgery (lower jaw surgery) journey (an 18 month-long experience!) Dr. Lawless had a plan to get her ready for her surgery at Vanderbilt, and for her treatment afterward, and the results have exceeded all expectations. He is absolutely meticulous, professional, and we are so thankful we chose Dr. Lawless and his team for the orthodontic portion of this medical procedure. Five stars aren’t enough!!!

Super great so far. We consulted with several of the local orthodontists. Scheduling is easy, there is a modest paid in full discount and financing options. Most of all, my child loves the orthodontist’s office and feels happy with her developing smile even when the braces are a little uncomfortable!

I can't speak about their orthodontist methods for teeth straightening with braces or devices because I have no experience with that and the purpose of my visit was different, but they were definitely my lucky 3rd call after contacting other facilities to see what can be done for my permanent retainer. I had my braces removed in Europe 21 yrs ago and the bottom permanent retainer is still fully attached while I haven't added new cement on it in 21 yrs. The past few days and gradually the edge of it on one side became very sharp kinda flared, possibly due to the faded glue on that spot, but it was still all attached and not bent. My tongue was bleeding because of the sharp metal edge and I couldn't speak or eat. I just needed it smoothed out and have new glue on that small spot. All the other offices I called charge 100-170 just for the visit while they tell you you won't see a doctor...(happens a lot in the US) and they wanted to remove the retainer (no matter what) and then have me come by to pay and install a new one. My God what an uneccessary ordeal to go thru and expenses for a retainer that's still perfectly intact. This office charged me only 50 dollars for the glue, that's it. The doctor's assistant corrected the issue by grinding the sharp edge to smooth it out and she was very nice and helpful. We placed new cement on both edges and gave me mouth wash bags that helped heal my injured tongue. Simple, quick and with common sense. For any other orthodontic issue they will be my first choice.

They are always personable, service is quick and they are patient when answering questions.

Elaine had braces as well. Now my almost 11 year old, Allie, is getting closer to the time when she will also need to get them… in fact we had a consultation today and Dr Lawless recommended waiting till her baby teeth are all out & her permanent teeth are in. My daughter has received the most professional care while under Dr. Lawless and his assistants. All of them are so nice and know what they are doing. We drive about an hour from our home to see them and no complaints from us!

My ten year old is almost finished with phase one of his two phase program. I’m so impressed with Dr. Lawless’ approach to orthodonture … I had braces for four straight years. My son has been in phase one almost a year and when his jaw has grown more, with more adult teeth in, he will get braces back on to complete a year of phase two. The staff are friendly and caring but also very knowledgeable and professional. My five year old loves playing games in the waiting room while his big brother is in his appointment, and the staff are always so sweet and fun with him. Lawless is super organized, and everything runs like clockwork. It’s super clean, and the whole experience has been A+ from start to finish. 100% recommend!

The service and care was great as always. We just needed a scan and new retainers. All was completed in a few hours total to delivery of retainers. That is AWESOME service! We have been patients of Dr. Lawless for many years now and we were told that we could get a set (or two) of retainers per year as part of our family's service. So, of course we were disappointed to learn that the retainer program has changed to a strictly pay service with a hefty pricetag. I sincerely hope this changes in the future with options and a little more reasonably priced.

This is my son’s second set of braces and Dr. Lawless and his staff have made the process so easy. We had our update consult and the brackets put on the same afternoon and they worked to get updated insurance details with the carrier during the consult instead of dealing with it later. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

I have been going to Lawless Orthodontics for years now. First, as an adult with braces. They made the experience amazing! Now as an aging adult needing some extra skin TLC. I can bring my child with me to my appointment and the staff are so friendly and informative.

Dr. Lawless advised there is a chance he would need surgery during treatment but they were going to try their hardest not to. I had a great experience with Lawless Orthodontics. Dr. Lawless treated my TMJ issues using aligners and now I do not have TMJ problems post treatment. I was a doctorate student extremely stressed and I believe by Dr. Lawless treating my TMJ it relieved my excruciating headaches and I can now eat food I enjoy without jaw pain and I just have a better quality of life. But the good treatment didn’t stop there. I had to work with Mary because this wasn’t for Asthetics purposes but for medical treatment of my TMJ she helped me with my file with my medical insurance and fought hard for me to ensure I received fair treatment. This took her over a year and half. Even after I had finished my treatment. She could have easily said this girl doesn’t even come here anymore, but no she saw it through!!! And I am eternally grateful for that! I would give LAWLESS Ortho a 10/10 if I could!!

Great place to take your kids! After a journey of braces the take off day they still wasn’t 100% so instead of keeping her in the braces and to give her a relief from them mr.lawless finished the process with aligners! She was so happy to be out of the braces! We are pleased with his work! We have took 2 of our kids here and its been a success!

The receptionist at the front desk had a bit of an attitude when I first arrived. I am new to the Bowling Green area and I have had a permanent retainer since high school. It came loose. So I found Lawless Orthodontics to get it patched up. Made an appointment to get it fixed. I was not explained until I arrived that I wasn't going to be put in their system as a "patient" but some sort of walk in repair or something of that nature. I walked into the building and automatically sensed an attitude from the receptionist not a warm welcoming start. Told her my name and then she asked for payment. I was told it was going to be 250 dollar fee to put some glue on my retainer. Kind of found that a little outrageous so I thought I would ask for an explanation. Receptionist copped an attitude with me and told me they are replacing my retainer and I said no not replacing just repairing. There is an actual difference between those two action words. Then she decided to give more attitude. I ended up just paying because I needed the retainer fixed. The process of getting it fixed went well. I then asked the lady thah fixed my retainer the same question I asked the rude receptionist and she was able to explain in better detail why it was 250 dollar service fee. I thanked her for your explanation and went on my merry way. I didn't have a problem paying the service fee. All I wanted was a breakdown of why and what I was paying for which is my right as a "patient"/customer. By having an attitude didn't help anyone. Maybe she was having a rough day... I understand but the first person you see when walking into a business and they have a sourpuss attitude makes me not want to ever do business with the company again. I dont anticipate me going back because I won't need an orthodontist for regular needs but I advise your future receptionists shape up and be more friendly.

From my first consultation, I felt like I was in the right hands. I had been referred to the Lawless office by a friend who loved her results. I had braces as a teenager, but that orthodontist didn’t do me any favors. I found out I needed intense jaw surgery and the office works hand-in-hand with my surgeon at Vanderbilt, whom they referred me to as well. Everyone in the office is so friendly and helpful, too! I have just loved my experience here!

Dr Lawless is personable and great at explaining everything. His staff is superb and works really hard at making sure the patient has a wonderful experience. The Glasgow office is state of the art and it is the most CLEAN medical office I’ve ever been inside of.

We had an amazing experience yesterday at Lawless Orthodontics! They have great attention to detail and Dr. Lawless and his staff are so kind and friendly. And the office is so cool with the fish tank! John Stark got a cool Lawless tee shirt, and I love the points system that motivates kids by rewarding them with $10 gift cards to take care of their braces!!! Couldn’t be happier!

Their Nice and great

I absolutely love the new option for Saturday appointments with Dr. Lawless! It makes making appointments super convenient, especially for people who work thru the week (like myself, as a full time Dental Hygienist). Also, the staff is super friendly and helpful, and a joy to be around! I would highly recommend Lawless for all of your orthodontic needs!!

My experiences with Lawless Orthodontics has been great. Their staff is always congenial and fully explain everything to me and my daughters. Their office is decorated beautifully and always so clean. During the Covid 19, we have been nervous to go out and be in offices like this, but they met us at the door with a thermometer, germ x and a smile ensuring we were healthy. 💯
